Good Concept, Needs Work

I like this app. I use it to plan my monthly budget. I like that it is simple straightforward.

Two main issues:

1. Im all for simplicity, but Id really like it if I could enter exact amounts instead of just having to round up to whole dollars.

2. I like the general layout of the interface, but the colors are too washed out. Especially the text. Theres no reason why text needs to be gray. It makes it harder to read. Make it dark gray or black.
